Terms and Conditions for the #SlapTheBag Campaign

Eligibility: The #SlapTheBag campaign is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Alma Gems, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

Campaign Period: The campaign begins on April 1, 2024 and ends on May 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (New York). Alma Gems reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period at their sole discretion.

How to Enter:
- Step 1: Participants must like our Facebook Official Page
- Step 2: Create a short video showing a simple, playful slap to your Alma Gems bag.
- Step 3: Post the video publicly on your personal Facebook or TikTok account using the hashtags #SlapTheBag and #AlmaGems, and mention the official Alma Gems account. Then, share the video's link directly with Alma Gems through direct message on the respective platform.

Prizes:
- Each week, participants will have the chance to win exceptional prizes from our available collection. One (1) winner will be awarded a Twill Faux Leather handbag, size M, while two (2) additional winners will each receive a Twill Faux Leather wallet.
- Numerous participants will also receive discount codes for 50% off their next purchase, with the number of discount codes issued weekly at the discretion of Alma Gems.

Selection of Winners:
- Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries received each week. The draw will take place every Friday, and winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to submit the entry.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

- Participation in the campaign constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Alma Gems’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the campaign.
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity: By participating in the campaign, each entrant grants Alma Gems permission to use their name, likeness, video entry, and any testimonials provided in connection with the campaign for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without payment or consideration.

Liability: Alma Gems is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the campaign, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the website.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the campaign or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Changes to Terms: Alma Gems reserves the right to change the campaign terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, should it be necessary for the continuation of the campaign under law or policy.
